Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Subject to full payment, clients receive rights to agreed deliverables as defined in the relevant contract. Reusable frameworks, accelerators, methods, and tools developed by Integration And Software Limited remain our property unless explicitly assigned in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information and use such information only for the purpose of performing obligations under the engagement.

6. Warranties And Service Standards

We provide services with reasonable skill and care in line with professional standards. Except where expressly stated, services are provided without additional warranties, and no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integration And Software Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from use of services or delays outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the notice terms stated in the contract. Fees for services rendered up to termination remain payable.

9. Website Usage

Users must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malicious code. We may restrict access where misuse is detected.

10. Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
